How we handle your data and your rights?

Information in accordance with Articles 13, 14 and 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - Last updated on: 07.05.2020

Dear visitor,

Your trust is of great importance to us. For this reason, we respect and protect your privacy. We handle visitors' data on this website with care and protect it from misuse.

On this page, you will find all information about how your personal data is processed when you visit this website for the project DelFin (Development of Financial Ecosystems for the Promotion of Social Entrepreneurship in Rural Regions).

In this context, processing describes any operation that is connected with your personal data. More examples of this can be found in Art. 4 No. 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In this moment, you are primarily a visitor to the website of the DelFin project that uses Confluence, an Atlassian cloud product, as the platform. Therefore, we refer you also to the data protection policy of the software provider, Atlassian, available under the link: https://www.atlassian.com/legal/privacy-policy. The privacy policy of the Investitionsbank Sachsen-Anhalt (IB) as the main body responsible for the DelFin project itself can be found on the homepage of the IB, available under the link  https://www.ib-sachsen-anhalt.de/datenschutzhinweise.

Should you not find what you are looking for on this page and still have open questions about the protection of your data, you are welcome to contact us at any time or send an email directly to Atlassian at eudatarep@atlassian.com.

3. What are cookies and which ones do we use?

For our website "suppor4SE.eu" we use the standard cookies set by the software provider Atlassian. Cookies are small text files placed on your computer by the web server and stored by your browser. They can only be read by the server that previously stored them and contain information about what you have viewed on a website and when. There are two types of cookies that are used on this website:

Transient cookies: Transient cookies are automatically deleted when your browser is closed. In particular, these include session cookies, which contain information about an individual browser session. Cookies are also created to increase security.

Persistent cookies: These are stored for a specified period of time and are only deleted after a specified duration. The storage duration depends on the respective purpose of the cookie and is consistent for this website. It varies between 14 days and one year for the 'remember my login' cookie and cookies to improve the user experience. After this period, they will be deleted automatically. However, you can also delete these cookies manually in the security settings of your browser at any time.

Details about the cookies used by Atlassian can be found here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/cookies-744721661.html.
